Stian Larsen, PhD is assisting head of education at AFPT and holds a PhD in exercise science, specializing in musculoskeletal modeling and biomechanics during the barbell back squat. In addition to his academic expertise, Stian has extensive hands-on experience coaching athletes with goals related to muscle hypertrophy and strength development. He is a dedicated educator and plays a key role in shaping AFPT's evidence-based curriculum.
