Our conference dinner is available as an optional addon to enhance your ISCS 2026 experience. The dinner will be held at Ambassaden Trening following the conference sessions, providing the perfect opportunity to network with fellow attendees while enjoying exceptional food prepared by Ambassaden's renowned culinary team.

Please note that dinner is not included in your initial conference ticket and must be purchased separately during registration.

Appetizer

Asparagus with trout roe

Succulent, lightly blanched white asparagus with dried egg yolk, rye crumble, and trout roe. Served in a fresh broth of asparagus and whey, spiced with saffron oil.

Main Course

Beef offal with Bordelaise sauce, potato triangle with cheese and summer mushrooms

Roasted Norwegian beef offal with rich Bordelaise red wine sauce, chopped herbs, and grilled bone marrow. Accompanied by a creamy spring potato stew topped with cheese and grated summer mushrooms.

Dessert

Petit Fours Mingle Dessert (3 pieces per person)

Crispy meringue with passion fruit and mint

Airy meringue patches topped with passion fruit curd and fresh mint.

Lime and coconut truffle

White chocolate-coated truffle filled with creamy coconut and lime jelly.

Rhubarb and ginger fudge

Rich butter ginger caramels dusted with rhubarb powder.
