Join us for an updated 3-course dinner menu curated by Vinland Brasserie.

Our conference dinner is available as an optional addon to enhance your ISCS 2026 experience. The dinner will be held at Ambassaden Trening following the conference sessions, providing the perfect opportunity to network with fellow attendees while enjoying a seasonal menu prepared by Vinland Brasserie.

Please note that dinner is not included in your initial conference ticket and must be purchased separately during registration.

Appetizer

Bread & mountain butter (V)

Sourdough bread served with artisanal butter from Sygarden in Vang.

Waldorf salad with Kubbost cheese (V)

Endive, romaine salad, celery, walnuts, apple, creme fraiche dressing, and grapes.

Main Course

Chicken "Escoffier" (main course)

Classic honey-glazed chicken ballotine from Hovelsrud chicken, served with braised apricots, hazelnut, herbs jus, and Pommes Anna.

Alternative dish due to limited availability: baked Norwegian halibut with Anna potatoes, morels, and fish veloute.

Dessert

Fresh poached white peach (V)

Poached white peach in elderflower syrup, vanilla ice cream, and raspberry sauce.

Updated menu notice: the primary main course is chicken "Escoffier". Halibut is offered only as an alternative when available.
