By purchasing a ticket to ISCS 2026 (hereafter referred to as "the event"), you accept the following purchase and participation terms. These terms apply between you as the ticket holder and AFPT (the organizer).
Ticket purchases are binding and non-refundable, pursuant to Section 22, letter m of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (services related to leisure activities with a specific date).
It is not possible to cancel the purchase or receive a refund, regardless of the reason.
The ticket is valid for one person only and must be presented upon entry.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer the ticket to another person, but:
You are solely responsible for the resale and accurate transfer of information
AFPT is not responsible for any losses, fraud, or errors related to resale
Name changes must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the event
AFPT reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, timing, content, and speakers. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund, as long as the event is carried out as planned.
In the event of a full cancellation, the ticket price will be refunded.
If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), the ticket will be automatically transferred to the new date β no refund will be provided.
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: pandemics, strikes, fires, wars, natural disasters, government orders, technical failures, or similar circumstances beyond the organizerβs control.
AFPT is not liable for:
Any additional costs incurred by the participant (travel, accommodation, etc.)
Losses due to technical errors, ticket misuse, resale, or theft
Indirect losses such as lost earnings or similar
By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed, and for such material to be used in AFPTβs marketing. If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing before the event.
