Benjamin Christensen is an experienced educator and clinician with a strong foundation in training, health, and rehabilitation. He has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years, beginning as a personal trainer and later earning his degree IN exercise sience and as a manual therapist (naprapath). With over a decade of hands-on clinical experience, he brings both practical insight and academic depth to his teaching. Since 2012, Benjamin has been an integral part of the Norwegian Academy for Personal Training (AFPT), where he has contributed to the development of evidence-based curricula for health and fitness professionals. In 2023, he was appointed Head of Education, overseeing the academic structure and quality of AFPT’s nationwide educational programs. Benjamin’s teaching reflects a unique blend of real-world experience and scientific rigor. His areas of expertise include resistance training, endurance physiology, pain science, injury prevention, and evidence-based rehabilitation. He is passionate about translating complex scientific concepts into practical applications for students and professionals alike.

Greg Lehman is a practicing physiotherapist, researcher and educator in Toronto, Canada with over 20 years experience in the rehabilitation field. Greg has published more than 20 peer reviewed publications in the manual therapy and exercise science fields.
Brad Schoenfeld, PhD, CSCS, CSPS, FNSCA, is a professor of exercise science at Lehman College in the Bronx, New York. Dr. Schoenfeld has published more than 300 peer-reviewed scientific papers and authored the seminal textbook, "Science and Development of Muscle Hypertrophy."
