Hans Kristian Stadheim, PhD, is an exercise physiologist and endurance coach with a doctoral degree focused on the effects of caffeine on performance in endurance athletes. He currently coaches Team Aker Dæhlie, one of Norway's top professional cross-country skiing teams, and has guided athletes to World Championship and Olympic medals. In addition to his coaching and research background, Hans Kristian is also a lecturer for AFPT, where he teaches endurance training to future personal trainers and coaches. He is known for bridging the gap between science and practice, applying evidence-based principles to optimize performance in elite endurance sport.
