As a researcher at the Applied Muscle Development Lab at Lehman College in New York City, he publishes regularly in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Beyond the lab, he has coached hundreds of individuals from recreational gym-goers to elite strength sport champions and shares his knowledge as an educator through his YouTube channel, “Dr. Pak.”
