Eric Trexler is an experienced researcher, educator, lifter, and coach. Eric is a faculty member at Duke University where he teaches classes and publishes research related to exercise, nutrition, energy expenditure, and health. To date, Eric has published over 60 peer-reviewed research papers on various exercise and nutrition strategies for improving health, performance, and body composition. In addition, Eric is a former strength coach and professional natural bodybuilder who has coached athletes with a wide variety of backgrounds and experience levels since 2009. Eric is also the Chief Science Advisor for Built With Science and a co-author of the MASS Research Review.
